anthems and songs that bring back memories from the 20th Century.
From 90's classics such as "Don't Look Back In Anger" by Oasis to 80's
cheesy tunes like "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley - it's all
here and it's all completed selected by YOU!
Remember, each track is a definition of some sort of musical greatness
whether it be serious or cringeworthingly cheesy! I don't just play
any old tune - I only play great old tunes!

at One O'Clock. Each weekday there's a different theme for the 3 in
a row chart run down.

From time to time, I get hold of a fantastic new upfront single that
has yet to have been heard across the airwaves of Leicester. So I like
to make sure that the loyal listeners of Takeover Radio, and The
Lunchtime Show in specific, get to hear the track FIRST!
THE OLD AND THE NEW
Each day, I'll do the old and new track comparison in the show. First,
I'll play the original track by the original artist followed
immediately by the cover version or new track that has sampled the
original. It's a chance to compare and see whether they do each other
justice!
